Refund policy

Our policy allows for items to be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Exchanges or store credit will be issued for any items returned within 30 days of receiving the item. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange/store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mackenzieoliviajewelry.com. Please include your name, order number, and item that you are returning in the body of your message. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer will provide for return shipping, it will be deducted from the total amount refunded to customer.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Warranty

We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted jewelry made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a six month warranty from the date of original purchase for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry. Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Mackenzie Olivia.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
